Sirius radio bait and switch

A few months ago a Sirius Radio rep called me and signed me up to a very discounted plan. During the end of the conversation when he was saying the terms he tried to sneak in that I will be rebilled at a high rate. Then I said no he does not have permission to rebill my card. And I made him repeat he does not have permission 3 times.

Then, guess what today I get my bill and I was rebilled. So, I called and they kept telling me that all there plans get rebilled. I said listen to the recording, and the manger says they can never listen to the recordings without a subpoena. So, I said how are you going to stop that sales rep from lying to other customers. She said she’s not and there’s nothing she can do about it. So Sirius knows their sales reps are lying and hide behind a stupid policy they made up. She said she’s going to refund my money, we’ll see. At the end on the conversation she tried to talk me into another plan, like I’d give more money to this fucked up company.

Android Sucks

I bought a Samsung Moment and upgraded to the latests Android OS, and it is pure crap. I chose the Samsung Moment cause I wanted a phone with a real keyboard, I like a lot of things about the iPhone, but type on a touch-screen keyboard is not for me. Anyway the  Android OS can’t do the 2 most basic things right, calling contacts and text messaging

I have my caller-ID set to private, so all the people in my contact list have *82 in front of their phone number , so they are unblocked, well at least they use to before I found out Android sucks ass and broke the contact list.

With the new android OS if I have contacts like this:
Contact name: Sally
Phone# 1: 555-555-5555
Phone# 2: *82-555-555-5555

It with then simply refuse to ever show the 2nd phone number when I go to make a call.

This OS is so shitty it pisses me off.

I tried many dialing apps, some let me see all the contact numbers, but then the text messaging would break cause it would put *82 in fronth of the number even though I did not choose that.

Right now I have the Prefix Dialer installed and it helps, but I probably go back to Palm.

I like having my phone number private because a lot of time when I’m with friends they ask to borrow my phone, and I don’t want anyone they call having my phone number.

The show Survivor annoyed me

I watched the finally of the show Survivor last night and was annoyed. The contestant Sandra’s only strategy was to get rid of Russell, and she failed, she had no other game play. To think that someone with zero strategy should win a million dollars just because they don’t like the personalities of the other 2 is retarded. The only reason russell didn’t win was because he was solely responsible for eliminating everyone sitting on the jury. Like he said, the game is flawed. I’d actually prefer if the winner was chosen by doing some extra long multiple challenge at the end, in which case Parvati probably would have one. The fact Russell won fan favorite 2 seasons in a row shows viewers respect strategy from someone even though they aren’t very nice over someone who does nothing at all other than tag along.

People who ask “So when are you 2 getting married?

How retarded are these people? Do they expect me to actually give them a date. If I had one they would have a wedding invitation.  They just want me to become as miserable as they are. Don’t they know there is a 51% divorce rate. I’m glad to see there are facebook groups of people like me. I’m surprisesd the are not not members.

High fructose corn syrup started having commercials where the actors they have have no idea what is wrong with High fructose corn syrup. Well many people do know what’s wrong with it such as your claim to be natural. Well HFCS Facts http://www.hfcsfacts.com and the Corn Refiners Association at http://www.corn.org that gives the actual process in making HFCS:

High fructose corn sweeteners begin with enzymes which isomerize dextrose to produce a 42 percent fructose syrup. By passing 42-HFCS through a column which retains fructose, refiners draw off 90 percent HFCS and blend it with 42-HFCS to make a third syrup, 55-HFCS. Further processing produces crystalline fructose.

Wow that sounds real natural. I think my tree outside has that growing on it.

Also, animal studies have shown a link between increased consumption of high-fructose corn syrup and adverse health effects, such as diabetes and high cholesterol.

Our bodies burn glucose as a source of immediate energy, and store it in our muscles and our livers for later use. Glucose also causes the body to release insulin. The majority of nutritionists blame high fructose corn syrup consumption as a major culprit in the nation’s obesity crisis. come obese and develop Type-2 diabetes.

Cloverfield Sucked

The whole thing was done with handheld cameras like the Blair Witch Project, but unlike the Blair Witch which was pretty good, this movie sucked ass. During the whole movie they gave the camera to a guy who says he never used a video camera before. So, the camera is always tilted and spun around fast creating an annoying effect. Also, the was no horror and not much action is this movie. Watching Cloverfield is like watching a bad home movie, then they throw in a big ugly puppet.

Update to my Lying Cops Post

Here an update to my Lying Cops Post, the lawyer I hired got the ticket totally dismissed. I still had to pay the lawyer $80, but at least I got no points or had to pay a the county who employs that Lying cop.

DeepDiscount.com pisses me off

I placed on order on that site for a Christmas gift and it said to guarantee delivery by Xmas to pay for 2-day shipping. So, I payed an extra $10 for it. It never came in time, so I emailed them to ask them what happended. They said it was on back order, but this iggnorant company didn’t bother telling me, so I was empty handed on one of my xmas presents. So, I reply back in January to cancel the order, next day they reply asking me if I want to cancel, I reply back saying yes I already told you that, next day they say to late we shipped it already. And on top of that when I ask for a prepaid shipping label to send it back, they say NO you pay to ship it back.

Office Depot Pisses Me Off

I ordered 4 pieces of office furniture, they sent one of them the wrong color , no big deal, but they say they would delivery the right one and pick up the wrong one Monday between 8-5. They actaully make you wait there all day long and don’t give a more specific time. So I take off work wait there 8 hours bored as hell and they don’t come! So I call customer service again and they said it’ll take up to 14 days. I took off work today to wait for this delivery and the customer service flat out lied to me. So I yell and  next day Tuesday I get two calls this morning I get a very friendly woman saying she is attempting to call the warehouse and find out what date the delivery will be. Then at 4:40pm I get a phone call from an unfriendly woman saying they were trying to deliver the pacakage twice that day. Nobody told me the delivery would be that day. I was first told it
would be Monday, then I was told 14 days, and now people go when they don’t bother telling me. What a bunch of idiots working there.
